All of the planets & signs & houses in your birthchart affect you, but they blend together and color each other!. To use your example, yes, with Venus in Gemini you will be a little flirty and light-hearted in love, for a Taurus!. If you were a Gemini with Venus in Gemini, you would be much more flirty & light-hearted in love, but your Taurus Sun keeps you steadier and loyal!.!.!. Now, if we add Leo Rising!.!.!. well your rising sign is how you present yourself to the world, your first foot forward!.!.!. and Leo is proud and loves attention!.!.!. so one possible way of manifesting this is!.!.!. when people first meet you you might come off light and breezy & chatty and flirty, but as they get to know you they will find Taurus' loyalty underneath it all!.
