Question: Libras, do you hate being called a "people-pleaser" as much as I do!?
Seriously, if I read this again, I'm going to go on an angry rampage and hurt someone!.!.!.!.!.Like the only thing our sign is good for is harmonizing, making peace, avoiding conflict, and acting like a bunch of shallow losers who only care about beauty and love, and how stylish we look!. Pathetic!.
Surely this is not what it means to be a Libra!.!.!.!.But I see this everywhere! When I read the description of Libra on different astrology sites, it makes me sick to my stomach!.
I don't identify with any of these things!.!.!.!.!.When I hear about how "fair" we are, it makes me want to bound and gag everyone and show them how "fair" I am!. Ugh!.!.!.Okay!.!.!.I'm just in a mood right now, and I need to vent!.

I have a libra cousin who would probably feel very similarly to you on this!. She is all about being her own person and looking good for herself, not for anyone else!.
But it seems to me that perhaps sometimes libra women have an issue with fusing the two sides of themselves!. I think they want to be individuals and most certainly are, but may have trouble understanding that enjoying people's company and caring what they think and caring about how they look to others does not make them stupid!. Libras are very intelligent and thoughtful, but they also can be very sociable and vain!. They do not negate eachother out, it just makes libras rather complicated people to understand, in my opinion!.
I read something about libra women that expressed more articulately the tendency towards being wary of their more sensitive and lighthearted side!. They love to be in charge and they are often intimidating because of it, and they do NOT like their softer side to be on display!.
I can understand why it would bother you that many descriptions of libra only highlight their 'lighter' side, because libras can be rather logical and thoughtful and are certainly not just little winx club-esque characters with not much behind them!.
Of course, I could be completely wrong about the whole inner power struggle in libra women, or at least just with you as an individual!. I don't know you!. My opinion is just based on what I personally have generally observed and further backed up by what I have read!. It just seems that it might bother you so much that people say these things because you don't like that part of yourself and you want to be known, and quite rightly, as more than that!.

mm i think that most libras get lost in their chase for balance!.!.!.and often tend to keep a "favours in and favours out" list!. there is nothing wrong with wanting fairness but the problem arises when they do you a favour and then expect you to be grateful to them for the rest of your life becuase they are such "good" people!.!.!.!.!.in my opinion true generosity doesnt not ask for anything back!.!.!.!.maybe ur not like that, but many libra girls i know are like that, they dont trust people but are nice to them anyway and then complain that they took advantage becuase thy didnt return the favour!.!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

i actually dont notice if i am a people pleaser or not so i dont really know!.!.!. lol!. ill try notice next time im around a large group of people!.!.!. im actually rather easy going and stuff!. but what i notice though is that i dont try to avoid fights or back away from them, i can be rather aggressive!. lol must be my mars in scorpio lol!. i agree with you in which i dont agree with the whole librans "avoiding fight" bit lol

Well you have to also take into account that even though you are a Libra rising/sun, horoscope doesn't have to define you completely!
On the other hand I understand what you mean when you say it's always saying we're shallow peacemakers!. I personally believe that Libra's are one of the most misunderstood signs in the zodiac!. People often tend to just read on the surface of what it means when they say we are "people-pleaser's" or indecisive!.
When they say we always want to please others I see it quiet differently!. To me it's more of Libra being able to control what happens around them, rather letting someone else do it and risk them messing it up!.
Example: I would rather make my brother a sandwich than have him do it himself because that way I can make sure there isn't a mess in the kitchen at the end of the process T_T!.
Some may look at me wanting to please him, but I see it as me taking control of the situation because knowing him there would be a bigger task of having to clean up after him than making the sandwich!. He's an 11 year old Aquarius sun, Aries rising and Scorpio moon @_@!.
Indecisiveness and fairness is also something we are stuck with and something I would admit is a curse I hold when it comes to making big decisions!. But what some believe to be indecisiveness I consider a great amount of creativity and inability to except anything less that what I'm worth!.
Example: Many people tend to date or marry people that are not up to their par just because they asked them out and their handsome/pretty or because since they've been dating for 9 months and he/she has proposed it automatically means you have to say "yes"!. This however many at times leads to break ups/divorces/infidelity/etc!. Libra's (including myself) tend be "indecisive" and most likely say "maybe" rather then "yes"!. They would rather think over if you would truly be worth it and if by saying "yes" would you be able to care for us like we need to be!. We we would rather find someone that is in the arena of what we are searching for in a partner rather then find just 'whoever' and try and change them to suit us!. In other words we would prefer to look through tons of wall colors and find the right yellow rather then just settle for the lime color that was first in line and expect it to make us just as happy as the yellow we desired!.
As for being fair, well it doesn't necessary have to mean are ALWAYS fair because nobody's perfect!. But in certain occasions like in an argument which involves us, we would most definitely stand up and fight if the person attacking us was being unfair towards us!. If your mother tells you that you are to be get in trouble because your the eldest then of course we would get just as defensive as any other sign!. You may not realize it or wish to admit it but at the end of the day you would hate feeling like things don't fit right!. And even if you wish to say that you DON'T in any way shape or form then all I have to say is that the same way you don't like the having those labels, you can't expect other to take on your favored labels!. Basically, if I were to hate being a Libra because I'm indecisive and and love it because I'm diplomatic I can't expect every other Libra to pick up the same point of view!. Your not crazy, your just have strong opinions just like a Libra should ^_^!.

Libra's may hate to be called people pleaser's and they my deny it till the cows come home but believe me!.!.!.!.!.!. most Libras i have met are definitely all about balance! now how they get to that balance is another thing each libra is different! My boy is a Libra and he is def not shallow! He is however all about balancing his life and sometimes that means being nice to everyone and other times that means blowing up on everyone! He has done it to me! if he feels like he has been spending to much time having fun he will go and make himself work on school stuff for hours on end just to make sure he is balanced!Www@Enter-QA@Com
