Question: My sign and rising sign is Sag!. My moon is Virgo!. What does this mean!?

Sag is a fun, spontanious sometimes irrisponsible sign!.!. it likes to be on the go and freedom!.!. not quick to commit or stay still!. Its a Fire sign so theres no telling it what to do and it reacts quickly!. since that is your Rising sign that is how people percieve you, the energy that you give off!. not necessarily the way you really are!.
Your Moon sign only applies to your inner deep feelings!. when you have deep feelings about something, you evaluate it like a Virgo!.
