The midheaven is an imaginary point in astrology!. When looking for synastry (how 2 pple connect), it is best to look at planets aspecting each other!. So in short, the answer would be no!. Do you have any signs in a water/earth signs -except for Capricorn, as it would make a bad aspect- (Pisces, Scorpio or Cancer/Virgo or Taurus)!? Because if it is so, then it would help :) Especially if it is your Moon! It would be a good indication of a long-term relationship, although you would have to check other aspects!
