Question: Why isn't there a navamsa chart in the janmapatri made by the local pandit!?
When I had a computer horoscope printed it had a navamsa chart!. But the kundli made by our local pandit has only the langa chart and rasi chart!. Why is it so!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

To make a navamsa chart the astrologer should have made accurate calculations of the planetary positions!.
The local pandits are not actually the astrologers!. They are temple priests and their main work is regarding Pooja and all!. They have just working knowledge of astrology!. So, they tend to go the easy way!.
The rasi chart is made by simply putting the moon in ascendant and the rest of the planets accordingly in the chart!.
Astrology is a science and those who are seriously astrologers always calculate a navamsa chart alongwith the main chart!. Even when calculating by hand without using the computer, the navamsa chart can be made within minutes by a real astrologer!.
If main chart is the tree then navamsa is the fruit!. If main chart is the body then the navamsa chart is the life in it!.
