No really and I am talking from personal experience!. I have seen it happen and not a pretty thing!. Unless they share moon sign compatibility then I don't see it working out too well!. Gemini is an Air sign, more emotionally distant then Cancer which is an emotional Water sign!. Gemini are driven by ideas, Cancers by emotions!. Sometimes those two things don't mix well, especially when Gemini want to go out and do something completely different and Cancer wants to stay home and cuddle!.
