Hmmm!.!.!. I smile all the time!. I smile when I'm happy but that goes without saying!.!.!. Sooo, I smile after crying because my sadness is released!. I smile after I get angry because I'm probably worked up over something stupid!. I even smile when I'm arguing, sometimes!.
I can tell you when I don't smile and that's when I'm focused!.

The sound of my running shoes beating down on the sandy trails, Running on the track in the early morning, just before the world wakes up!. When the sun peaks er the trees and the track gets a red saturation to it and the grass shines so green with little trickles od dew still covering them from the night before!. Now it might just be me, but that sound like total serenity
