This is not going to be a long answer, but the answer is NO!. Most sidereal systems do not even specifically consider the Midheaven in anywhere NEAR as much of an important role as you are familiar with in the west!.
The 10th house (in which is the midhaven) the SECOND most powerful house after the 1st (in which is the ascendant)!.
10th House Aquarius in a sidereal system (which is mainly a flat-house system) is synonymous with saying Taurus ascendant!. The basic traits will be those of the Taurus ascendant - for which the placement of our beloved Goddess Venus is most essential!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
