Yes Mars comes back quite a bit!.
It depends whether one person can control their "lower selves" : basic instincts, giving out to impulses without control from what I would call maybe the " middle self" : the sun : rationality , logic!. Not giving out to impulses!.
I see the "higher self" represented by the generational planets!. Maybe some can find some kind of transcendence there or are either ruled by the negative aspects !.!.especially Pluto which wants control if one is not in control of oneself!.
It really depends on the awareness and maturity of the person!. But I see the generational planets as a way to a "higher self" for some!.

Mercury plays a big factor in arrogance - I would think that the fixed signs might be more prone to these characteristics!. How it is expressed can be determined by the ASC, MC and 3rd house!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
