yeah they can be!. scorpios are usually most compatible with other water signs because they understand scorpios better i guess my parents are both scorpios and have been married for almost 20 years it's possible it's tough but possible i myself would rather go with a virgo or cancer ;) haha Www@Enter-QA@Com
