Question: What to do, astrologically speaking !?
I found out I had 2 different birth certificates!. One was provided by the Italian consulate ( my dad used to be working for the govt overseas and i was born there ), and one was provided by the hospital I was born at!. The difference between the two is about 26 minutes!. Basically, nothing much would change!. Except instead of having ASC tightly trine venus, it would be ASC trine both venus and jupiter, and sextile Mercury!. Is there a way to know which is more accurate !? Is waiting for transit to cross whatever planets that making aspects to the ASC a way !?

My instincts say go with the one from the hospital!. A friend of mine had this same problem!. She was born in a convent in Germany!. Oddly, she was also a Cancer!. But for her the years were different!. The circumstances surrounding her birth were all hush hush!. Her mother was unmarried then later passed the daughter off as her new husband's daughter!. I determined through astrology that neither birth certificate was correct!. Not an easy task!. But she had an extraordinary series of bizarre life events to use as guideposts!.
I suggest looking at both and seeing which "feels" more accurate!. also, look back at times when outer planets were crossing your angles!. Uranus is especially important in the timing of events!.

What does the Italian consulate have to do with a birth!? I would go with the hospital record!.
You can also, do as you say, and watch transits to the MC (in partic) for big events that have happened in your life (past/future)!.

if u want guess work go ahead like this !.if u need the exact answer u proovide time(both),date place city country sex you will get correct time of birth and will have no doubt!.after all a difference of 26 mts time is not small!.many things of predictions change totally including timing of events!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

So, the one that is tightly ASC trine venus is not also trine jupiter and sextile Mercury!? The little I know about you, I would say that it is the one that is ASC trine venus & jupiter and sextile Mercury that is more accurate!.
also, I would be more inclined to believe that the birth certificate that was provided by the hospital is more accurate; afterall, the Italian consulate wasn't there during the delivery; they had to get the information from the hospital, right!? So, maybe there was an error in the transcription of information from hospital to consulate!.
I don't know about the transits - maybe restless can answer that one!.
