LOL My mom is a Cancer and she's just as you described!. When she calls then I prepare to be on the phone for at least 3 hours!. Even when I try to send subtle hints by responding with uh huh she still goes on and on and on!. Then when I get quiet all together she'll say I guess I'm gonna get off the phone but then she'll remember something she forget to tell me earlier and the cycle starts all over again!.!.rofl!. My stepsister is a Cancer too but doesn't really talk that much unless you talk to her!. I guess it depends on which Cancer you're dealing with but they can talk when they want to!.
Geminis can run their flabbajabbas too!. I have Gemini Rising and I talk even more than I write!. I never talk over anyone though and I never talk anyone to death though!. I can tell if someone is into the convo or not and if they aren't I calm it down!.
Sags are also talkative when they're in a really good mood!. I don't mind it though cause they're hilarious and they're conversations are always entertaining!.
As far as most quiet, a lot of Aquarians are quiet until they get to know you and even then they still might not talk much!. I'm a talkative Aquarian because of the Gemini Rising but I'm only talkative when I'm talking with my friends!. Other than that I'm quiet as hell!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
