PS I use equal house system
I've found with my gay friends that Mars, Venus and 7th house involvement with outer planets are common, especially challenging aspects ( conjunction, square, quincunx)
also theres quite a dichotomy between mars, planet of sexuality in Gemini - a light, sufrace skimming, verbal sign and all those planets inc!. venus and the Sun which is also ruler of the chart in Scorpio , a very deep, non verbal sexual sign!. This may also be having an influence!.

I don't think you can look at a chart and say a person is definately gay, but as with my other gay friends if their chart was for a heterosexual, relationships would have extreme highs and lows, be different in someway, problematical with a lot of learning around the whole area of relationships!.
