fire and air signs are regulators!.water and earth are operators!.
Ofcourse fire signs have high energy levels!.But you cannot make them spend all the energy for you!.They will work only when they want to work!.
for e!.g Sagittarius!.If they are really interested in something they will spend day and night exploring the subject without bothering about food or water!.Give them a dull,boring,unimaginative work that requires only patience!.They would say "ya ya I am working",but they will be having a comic book under the desk!.Sagittarius should be given the creative mental works!.The same thing is applicable for Aries also!.Fire and Air signs are full of ideas!.So they should lead!.Earth and water have the consistency,patience and determination!.The earth signs are perfectionists!.So they should operate!.
If the fire sign is the operator it will lead to several problems!.They have unique ways of doing things and their own ideas about everything!.They won't simply do whatever boss instructs!.They will make their own modifications!.They won't hesitate to resign the job abruptly if they are not interested!.In this case somebody else should continue the work fire sign have been doing so far!.The new person will have absolutely no clue about what was going on!.Every fire sign has a unique route!.Nobody can follow their trails!.

Scorpio's have a lot of energy and if not used then they become extremely depressed so they tend to be "workholic" even though they enjoy balance because they love food, entertainment, night life and family life
Cancer is pretty much the same as Scorpio but they don't balance as well
