gemini's do often come off as more flirty, but that is only b/c the libra actually channels it LOL!.!.!.!.!.!.!.and a gemini flirt (male or female) does not, as much as the libra, lead people on!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.maybe this is b/c libra is more partnership focused (it doesn't really mattter who so aas long as it is a partner), and the gemini more protective of their freedom cuz he/she knows that doing that would just end up compromising their independence, while the libra channels it b/c they really have issues with being alone!.!.!.!.!.!.

I dont know much about libra men, but woman are flirty (people say they are sluty) but thats just rumors, sluty and flirty is totally different!. libras are hard to find people so I cant really say for much, just 3 people I know and only one is female (she is flirty but not sluty)!. my b/f is a gemini and he flirts, but so do I and im a virgo (diference is I do it on the down low,lol)!.
