Do certain planets affect personalities more than others?!
Question: Do certain planets affect personalities more than others!?
For example: If a planet, like let's say Neptune has the most planets aspecting to it or whatever, will it be more prominent in my personality or will it only be prominent if it is in one of the more important house cusps!?
also does an individual's Rising have the same equal effect on them as the planet in their 1st house!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

lots of aspects to a planet would make it active and will play a significant role in your chart!.
I wouldnt say its equal, but it basically has the same idea that this planet in your 1st would mold your personality and appearance!.!. its really hard to tell the difference between its influence, but its important, and it will be obvious
EDIT: Pluto in the 1st house would come in really handy, what i have noticed in planets in the 1st house is that whatever it is, more often than not it ussualy works for the benefit of that person!. Here you can always count on Pluto's bravery and independence!.
you can summon up courage if needed, to face anything ahead of you!. you have a magnetic aura that doesnt go unnoticed!. you have the potential power to transform your friends and your environment!.
although thats all good and everything there is one catch!.!.
if the individual who has pluto in the 1st is more of a passive person, then chances are they may get pushed around because in the exterior people see them as threatening, so they try to have a bite out of it, But if the person who has pluto in the 1st is a strong one, then power will remain at their side!.
there are times that you feel like pushing yourself to the edge, from running that extra mile when youre physically exhausted or drinking that extra shot of vodka, to having an urge to punch that guy's lights out because he gave you a look!. which probably sometimes scares even yourself!.

its amazing how the planets in the 1st impact our lives and were not even aware of it because we are too busy looking at the sun moon risings :) having it in the 1st house, all these traits are sometimes oblivious to us until we look!.

In addition to what Anti-hero said you need to look at planets that aspect your Sun and to a slightly lesser degree aspects to your personal planets ie venus, mercury, mars, moon!. also anything that aspects the ruler of your Ascendant!. Planets on angles (1st, 4th, 7th, or 10th house) with be more significant!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
