Capricorn Ascendants have Saturn as their ruler therefore there is a lot of "air" and "dryness" related diseases potentially for them/us (me too)!. Saturn is the enemy of the Sun!. The sun creates the Bones and the Heart (the Sun is the core of the solar system, and the Bones and Heart are the cores of the body)!. So Capricorns are prone to getting lack of circulation (via air) in their bones!.!.!. i!.e!. "arthritis" or joint pain!.
However, Capricorn is Saturn's earth sign - so there is also potential for strong health when Saturn and the earthy/watery planets (moon, jupiter and venus) are well placed!.

I'm also Sagittarius sun with Capricorn rising!. I'm not too sure about the catching a cold easily thing, because I'm in pretty good health just a slight tendency to overindulge (thanks to my Taurus moon) in some of the less healthy foods!. I am however, constantly cold and I do have carpal tunnel/probably some arthritis in my wrist(s) but mine is nothing major!. I've also got a few dental problems, but nothing major!. I am quite shy and very observant (my Mercury is in Scorpio making me a natural investigator) around groups of people or just people don't know that well, but if I decide they're worth my time (because a Capricorn rising would never just waste time with just ANYONE ha) then I will eventually open up!. Some of my friends I've had for years though say that I still always seem to have a mysterious side and I can sometimes seem cold!. Hmmm :) There's a warm Sagittarian fire under the surface, I'm just VERY choosy as to who I allow to feel the flame :)Www@Enter-QA@Com

I am Sagittarius with Capricorn Rising!.!.!.!.Capricorn Risings are generally hard workers which could explain some arthritic issues!.!.!.They are also supposed to be prone to problems with their teeth at some point in life!.!.!.I believe Capricorn Risings take a distanced approach!.!.!.lol!.!.!.which means that they tend to be observant before they jump into things!.!.!.same with relationships(friendships) I would suppose!.!.!.but I would think whatever your placement is in the 3rd house would give you a better picture !.!.!.!?!.!.!.!.3rd house is the house oc communication!.!.!.!.or 7th house - relationships
I am pretty choosy most of the time when befriending people!.!.!.I try to get a good sense of who they are and what type of person they may be before I become 'buddies' with them!.!.!.!.
In reference to 'colds' - I think you might want to check out your 6th house - physical efficiency!.!.!.!.

I am a Scorpio with Capricorn Rising and could say there is some truth!. I catch colds quite easily and teeth problems started when I was 14 (but maybe it is because I had a lot of problems with bones in general - growing too fast)!.
I easily make friends, but do not trust them totally!. But that could be a natural Scorpio thing to not trust anybody!. In general I think that there is a lot of people I know, but I have only 2 good friends!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Wow! I'm Capricorn rising and all that you said applies to me! I don't know about other Capricorn rising people but I get cold very easily!. I'm very cold natured and always have been!. I do have a bit of arthritis in my knees but nothing major!. I think I get that from my grandfather though because he suffered with arthritis in his hands all his life!. I'm very shy until I get to know someone well enough but I never have a problem making friends!. I guess it depends on the person!. I would love to see the answers to the other Capricorn rising people!

I used to get sick very often when I was younger, nowadays its very rare since I take supplements!.
I don't have arthritis yet, but my wrists, knees, and ankles pop a lot!.
