Well, good or bad is all relative to how you perceive things of course!. Without knowing aspects to these placements it's difficult to say which is more likely to manifest, but I would stress that regardless of what the aspects from other placements are to these planets it's within your control how you choose to express them and therefore whether or not this ends up being "good" or "bad" for you has mainly to do with how you choose to use the energies involved!. Personally, my 8th is pretty much empty, so I'm always a little jealous when I see someone with a packed 8th house like this!.!.!.!.I think you're lucky:)
