Question: I had a nightmare last night - did it mean something!?!!?
I had a nightmare about going to prison for something I didnt do - and I was told I'd be sent there forever! - It was a mixed prison, of women and men, and I spent all my time trying to hide away!.!.!. and all I wanted to do was phone my family and tell them not to worry!?! It was so strange, and so scary!?!

You might be feeling powerless about something - I think sometimes dreams are a way for your unconscious to vent things you may not be dealing with!.
I had a recurring sort of nightmare once about being in a war and someone gave me some advise!. So I followed it!. I wrote down what I did during the day, my dreams and on the side lines of what happened in the dream I wrote down how I felt in the dream when it happened!.
In all but 2 weeks it was gone because after reading it over I realized I was at war with myself and not making a decision that had to be made!. Once I realized it - I acted on it and the recurring dreams of 3 years stopped!. Amazing how the mind works, eh

It definitely isnt some sort of premonition if thats what you're worried about!. Sometimes dreams/nightmares can be random functions of the brain, but usually, if you think about it long enough, they have to do with some sort of fear/insecurity that you have!. To figure it out, you'll probably have to really delve inside yourself!. But from you described, my best guess is that for some reason you're having a fear of being trapped or confined with no way of getting out!. Not a really abstract, out of the box answer, but usually these things are more obvious that we think!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I have the same dream over and over!.
One I've had since I was 5, I am driving and the road collapses and I die in a car crash!.
Another is about me leaving to move East and I die in a plane crash!.
