Wats up charlie lets answer that question shall we!.Well what mercury retrograde means for Virgo and Gemini is that our communication may be more backwards because Virgo and Gemini are ruled by mercury who is the messenger of the gods and communication and intelligence and reasoning so we might feel even more stupid during this time lol and also they might have a even more high-strung temperament then ever during this period which sucks!.

If you have a retrograde Mercury in your chart, then you need to watch yourself especially in regards to contracts, signing papers etc!.!. You have to see if Mercury is leading or trailing the Sun and in what house and sign it is in!. Basically, a retrograde Mercury inspires one to re-do, review, re-thing all of which are conducive to learning and retention of knowledge!.
There is a tendency to some careless errors and if minds made up while Mercury is retrograde often reverse the decision or forget the commitment!. One tries to balance his checkbook and find you made a silly mistake in simple math or you failed to make an entry altogether!.
Just remember that any action begun when Mercury is retrograde may be delayed in the finishing!. It keeps popping up in subsequent periods of retrogradation!. The only advantage with this retrograde is to finish up anything you have started or to projects you have fallen behind with!.
