A lot of girls look like boys when their hair is short!.!.!. Boys and girls, particularly when they're young, don't really look that different!.
This is not a psychic answer, but yes, someone probably does find you ugly and some people probably think you look like a boy!. Not because you ARE ugly, but because there is always someone out there who will say you're ugly and who will make fun of you!. ALWAYS!. It's the same for everybody!.
