I had someone look at the Akashic record for me recently to tell me about past lives!. It was cathartic and an amazing experience!.
So, I would recommend having someone look at the Akashic record for you (will probably cost you though), or teach yourself to look at it via books or possibly a workshop!.

Either do a past life regression cd by yourself although would suggest someone else be present as may not be that nice or hypnosis or a good medium these are best reccommended word of mouth!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
