From personal experience, I have seen this with Gemini Moon and no Earth placements with a lot of Aries!. I have also seen in with 6 or more planets in the 3rd or 6th house (Natural ruler Mercury) with a strong elemental imbalance!. But that does not mean if you have the placements I just mentioned you are Bipolar!.
I hope people are being respectful of this, because many people have this and many times it is not usually diagnosed until after age 24!. At least it is manageable with medications, TLC and the person wanting to make it work!. I know many successful people diagnosed with bipolar disorder!. I also have a few friends with it!. I think the hardest is when they have a substance abuse problem too - this is when they have the hardest time!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
