HI there, Danger:--D

Just want to add a couple of things here!. First off, I wouldn't say that the planet's influence becomes less significant, but it does become more subconscious, so that you don't neccessarily understand how the planet in question is affecting you all the time!. Secondly, in regards to your north/south nodes, if one is moving retrograde, the other one is going to as well!. The nodes aren't actual "objects" in the chart per se, they are imaginary calculated points in the chart, determined by where the moon passes over the ecliptic (north node) and the point opposite that in the birth chart (south node)!. The nodes indicate your past life karmic debts (south) as well as your goals for karmic evolution in this lifetime (north)!. Most people's nodes are in retrograde motion, because most people don't have a conscious awareness of what it is that they're meant to either resolve or achieve in terms of their karma!. Those individuals who do have direct nodes are in the minority, because they are consciously aware of their karmic debts/goals, either due to conscious recollection of past life experiences, or simply for lack of a better way of putting it, a conscious awareness that one's actions, both in current and previous lifetimes, bear consequences in regards to one's experiences of life!. Most people, when faced with so called "bad" or less pleasant life experiences, do not understand that the purpose behind these experiences, in addition to providing learning experiences for the individual, is to balance the individual's karmic debt!. As such, when "bad things happen to good people" most individuals will consider life to be "unfair", due to the fact that they don't understand consciously that when these perceived "negative" experiences occur in the individual's life, it's because the individual has karmic debts which need to be balanced in this lifetime, or the next, depending upon how long the individual wants to draw out the karmic learning process!. It really doesn't matter in the long run how many lifetimes it takes for the individual to learn those karmic lessons, because one lifetime is the same as 1000 to the universe in the grand scheme of things!. In reality, the universe, and consequently life, are anything but unfair, as the universe requires balance in all things, and this balance *will* manifest in one way or another in all things sooner or later!. Having retrograde nodes would make this more difficult for most individuals to understand on a conscious level while in the midst of more challenging life lessons, hence the mistaken belief that life is "unfair" which many people have from time to time!. Again, in reality, nothing could be further from the truth, and the only difference between a "negative" and a "positive" life experience lies in the perception of the individual and how that person chooses to experience the circumstances which they find themselves in!. This is what is meant by "free will"!. It's not just about choosing your actions, but is equally about choosing your *reactions* to any given situation which you may find yourself in!. An individual who has retrograde nodes (again, the majority of the population) would be naturally inclined to react to stimuli which is related to their karmic debts/rewards in a less conscious, more instinctive manner, while those who have direct nodes have a more natural understanding of the universe's natural inclination towards balance in all things, and therefore are likely more inclined to view any "negative" life experiences in more of a philosophical light!.!.!.less "why me" and more "oh well, **** happens sometimes"!. The down side to having direct nodes can be that the individual, (since they understand that any negative experiences which they may find themselves experiencing are in fact due to requiring balance for past deeds and misdeeds of the individual), would find themselves feeling quite guilty and also possibly feeling like a "bad" person who "deserves" the negative experiences since they realize that anything which they are experiencing is directly related to how they've behaved in the past!. I would stress once again though, that the only difference between a "negative" and a "positive" life experience lies in the perception of the individual and how they *choose* to react to the stimuli which they are presented with!. Retrograde node people stumble upon this knowledge, while direct node people tend to know it all along, and just have to consciously choose whether or not they wish to evolve past the negative karma and forgive themselves, or whether they'd just like to keep punishing themselves for whatever it may be which they are trying to balance within themselves!.

I'd also like to add that I happen to love daiquiris, and the banana ones are my favourites!. However, I fully expect that you will not come to this knowledge for yourself for at least another 5 years!.!.!.right!?!?!?!?!?

Have a good night, Danger:-DWww@Enter-QA@Com

My understanding is that retrograde planets turn that placement's energy inward and require the person to have introspection in that area!. Mercury retrograde is associated with taking extra care in communications, but the others are different, as they have different energies associated with each placement!.

Here's a link with interpretations for each retrograde planet in a natal chart!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

The sign takes over more!. These are slow moving planets and many people have them retrograde!. Not much to be concerned about!. Saturn!.!.!.not as much - so when it goes direct you might find you are better at dotting the "i"s and crossing the "t"'s :)Www@Enter-QA@Com
