If a planet is at the end of a house in a natal chart would it be interpreted in the next house!?
For instance, I have Mars 9th (at the end) would that mean it would be interpreted in the 10th house!? Or would it have the characteristics of both!? Www@Enter-QA@Com

Hey Carry, if a planet is 5 deg from the next cusp, it is read and interpreted as if it was in that house and in your case, the 10th!. It won't have the characteristics of both!.
The strongest position of a house is the first 10 deg!. The weakest are the last 10!.
More often than not, a planet close to the folowing cusp is usually in the same sign as tht cusp whcih gives makes it ruler of that sign as well!.
In your case, Mars probably is ruler of the 10th which makes it even more important!.
