Question: Am i pluto dominated!.!.!?
Am i more pluto dominated because i have these aspects in my chart even though i'm a "libra ascendant"!?

Moon trine pluto
Mercury sextile pluto
Venus square pluto
Mars trine pluto

Pluto conjunction ascendant

I'm not an Astrologer but i can call myself good at Astrology !.I say yes you are dominated by Pluto !.But it is not the only dominant Planet because each person has 3 dominant Planets and i bet that Pluto is one of your dominant Planets !.
Edit : Exactly , if you have a Planet in conjunction aspect with your Ascendant that would give you the traits of the Sign which this Planet rules , and in your case it's Scorpio !.
I for example have Saturn in my 1st house and i feel that i have lots of Capricorn traits although it doesn't conjunct my Ascendant!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

cant really tell with strictly only these aspects as a given!.!. what about the signs they are in!? and how about your other aspects!?

I just had to consider the sign it is in, although aspects do matter and influence greatly, the essence of the aspect is still in the sign!.
hmm libra tends to balance pluto in some ways so the equalizer meets the extremist!.!. you have lots of pluto in libra aspects but you dont really have any scorpio in the signs!.!. so id say although pluto isnt the most expressive in the sign of Libra, it still stands out in your chart than the others!.
you may have more trouble in expression since you value harmony, but you are more charming and passionate about love
