they could be shy and sort of quite!. To me, i usually find a girly thing in them, but cancerians are meant to very nice!. They can be very manipulative and beleive it or not they lie alot!. Of course this is from my experience, and every sign lies, so not all are the same!. Risisng signs also is a big inflence to his flirtatious behaviour!.
