Question: When You Have Three Planets Under One Astrology Sign, Does it Mean Anything!?
I'm a Capricorn, but am Libra Rising with my moon in Sagittarius!. However, I have three slow moving planets in Libra (Pluto, Jupiter, and Saturn) with three quick moving planets in Sagittarius (obviously my moon, Neptune, Venus)!. I'm just curious if this means anything!.

Ok this is not an easy question but i'll answer from what i know!.
When you have 3 or more Planets in one Sign that is called "Stellium" , which means that you tend to act like the Sign in which the Stellium falls (in your case they're Libra and Sag) !.
But there is another point which must be taken into consideration which is Pluto in your first house !. This may give you some traits of Scorpio the Sign which is ruled by Pluto !. If Pluto Conjuncts your Ascendant then the possibility of having Scorpio traits becomes greater!.

Inner, faster moving planets I believe make you express the characteristics of that sign more fully, unless the planet is slow moving and is in its sign of dignity or exaltation(for example, saturn in capricorn, or pluto or uranus in scorpio), then, in that case the planet has a stronger effect on ones personality and is expressed stronger as well!.
I see it in my family all the time!.!.!. my mother's pluto in virgo isn't expressed in her personality cuz its alone and in an undignified sign, whereas my father's pluto in virgo is conjunct with uranus and mars and is expressed much stronger-with mars being an inner planet all planets conjunct with it will be expressed Much more frequently and powerfully!.
nonetheless no matter what planets involved, the more planets you have in a sign the more of the characteristics you will have!. But like I said if they are inner planets characteristics of that sign will be expressed more strongly in your personality!.
