A retrograde planet will act more inwardly rather than outwardly!. The energy is turned inward on a more mental level!. But it depends on which planet!.
If Mercury is retrograde, you will tend to re-do, re-think, go back in your steps!. This is a good time to complete unfinished projects!.

No Jupiter retrograde would not be too strong!. Mercury, Venus and Mars however ARE of importance when looking at retrograde planets!. (At least when it comes to person centered astrology that is)!. If it were Horary for example than retrgrade is very important regardless of planet!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
