Or just Mars making any major aspect to Pluto, Sun, Jupiter !?
Aside from the usual intepretations of giving strength and energy!.!.!.!.what is the main difference between the 3 conjunctions !?

The difference would be in what the individual is driven to achieve!.
Mars/Pluto aspect would indicate one who is both driven to transform themselves and can expect to have the expression of that which drives them transformed in some way!.
Mars/Jupiter would expand the energy and drive of the individual, possibly also giving them an over the top temper (depending upon other aspects), and an over the top sex drive!. This person would find expression of their mars energy to be an expanding (oh god, no pun intended really, lol) and liberating experience!.
Mars/Sun would be both strongly driven to express their core energy, and would also express their Mars energy as an aspect of that core energy!. This individual, like the others above could also have some temper/anger issues (again depending upon other aspects)!. Oh yes, I can see how there might be a lot of similar qualities, but think about what the signs represent and in what context with the rest of the chart!. Conjunctions and how they manifest can be described with superlatives!. Sun conjunct Mars they- would have greater force, and attraction surrounding them!.
Sun conjunct Pluto- would have greater adaptability, and the overall greater will!.
All better at certain things, but too close to distinguish >_<
