Question: Astrology to be proven true !!?
Apparently there has been a lot of research into this area lately and it has been one of the best yet, which could prove the whole world wrong!.!.!.well not the whole world exactly!.
it's really strong evidence, but it takes a lot of money to test it out, so it might take a little while!. It, like, has to be done so the great scientists all approve of this method, blah blah (i'm not a scientist <_<)!.
Anyway, if astrology was confirmed to be scientific all along, do you think everyone would even care!?, cause i get the impression a lot of people think it's scientific anyway and that they still think it's a load of rubbish!. Obviously it is a great discovery for science and man if that happens!.!.!.

There is more proof in astrology than in God!. Sadly many think you can only believe in one or the other!. For thousands of years people believed in the stars as gods!. Now they have been relegated to only myths and stories!. I wonder what people will believe in next!? When our God is called a myth and we are laughed at for believing in something so stupid!.
Man is too arrogant to even consider anything else!. If there was undeniable proof that astrology was completely right, those who mock it now would just act like it didn't matter!. Astrology has been around for a long,long time but never had much credit with the scientific community what has changed to give it some merit!.

Finally I find someone who knows about TRUE!.!.!.!.!.I agree with you all the way!!.!.!.!.!.!.actually religion is based on astrology!.!.!.you can make sure for yourself!. God was an invention based on these kinds of things!.

You must understand what is SCIENCE not magic!. A lot here do not understand that SCIENCE IS NEUTRAL!. It only can be used with the evidence that is present!. If there is no evidence that can be tested, there can't be any science!.
From the Latin scientia, meaning “knowledge!.” Science is a search for knowledge of the universe!.
Scientists observe, draw conclusions from their observations, design experiments to examine those conclusions, and end up stating a theory which should express a new fact or idea!. But if new or better evidence comes along, they must either discard that theory or amend it to accommodate the new evidence!. See first link!.
Those that had science in high school may recall something called the scientific method!. The scientific method is the best way yet discovered for winnowing the truth from lies and delusion!. The simple version looks something like this:
* 1!. Observe some aspect of the universe!.
* 2!. Invent a tentative description, called a hypothesis, that is consistent with what you have observed!.
* 3!. Use the hypothesis to make predictions!.
* 4!. Test those predictions by experiments or further observations and modify the hypothesis in the light of your results!.
* 5!. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until there are no discrepancies between theory and experiment and/or observation!.
When consistency is obtained the hypothesis becomes a theory and provides a coherent set of propositions which explain a class of phenomena!. A theory is then a framework within which observations are explained and predictions are made!.
A theory is accepted not based on the prestige or convincing powers of the proponent, but on the results obtained through observations and/or experiments which anyone can reproduce: the results obtained using the scientific method are REPEATABLE!. In fact, most experiments and observations are repeated many times (certain experiments are not repeated independently but are repeated as parts of other experiments)!. If the original claims are not verified the origin of such discrepancies is hunted down and exhaustively studied!.
Because astrology is a belief oriented, it can not use the method!. However, it's claims are fully testable and all testing has shown that it fails to do better than chance!.
Blind belief is against my nature!. I'd rather know!.
