Question: What's the difference between having Libra Rising-Venus decan and Venus in the 1st!?

I think they are pretty similar to each other!. However, Libra rising means more of the personalities and characterers that are of Libra Sun but of course being a rising , it is your first impression recieved by others!. The rising is more about the way you talk, act , react!.!.!.of course in a libran way - with grace, balanced and peaceful !. Libra rising alone has little to do with physical appearence!. Because the rising is only a hypothetical point, it would be greatly affected and shaped by other planets that touch it!. Having Libra rising in the 1st decan/venus decan means that you have extra characteristics of Libra, you are likely to be acting in an even more graceful , balanced as well as narcissistic and sometimes calculating way than other libra rising with mercury and uranus decan!.
