I have a sister and a brother who have that aspect!. The sister, god love her, is pretty unstable, lurching this way and that at windmills in the sky, always in dramatic situations (the Moon is in Aries)!. She's a little fibber too!.
My brother was completely deluded, lived in a total fantasy world, a dark world!. He's no longer alive!. :-(
