That means he's conceited to the max!. I'm conceited as well!. All I do is talk about myself!. See!? I'm like extremely self-absorbed!. Mercury, (Gemini, Virgo Communication) + Ascendant (Aries, 1st house, self) = Non-stop "Me" action!.
Edit, They always want to be first to answer or to ask and usually, these individuals are pretty rash when provoked!. These people usually ask questions that they already know the answer to just for the hell of it!. Maybe even to correct others, which irritates over people because, uhm why would you be asking in the 1st place if you already know the answer!?

Yeah, Danger has a good answer!. You don't say what sign it is, but in general, this aspect would make someone very talkative, over-communicate, talk fast, want to be the first to answer, self-absorbed with own ideas and very intelligent!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
