Are planets in conjunct weaker if they are between two different signs?!
Question: Are planets in conjunct weaker if they are between two different signs!?
In other words, is the effect of the conjunction dulled because they are not truly the same!?
For example, I have my Moon in Cancer at 27 degrees, conjunct my Leo Midheaven at 0 degrees!. Www@Enter-QA@Com

In addition , in your case , because your MC is a hypothetical point, not a planet and moon is a luminary , the conjunction wont be affected or just a " tiny " bit , the Moon gets to make the call here , and the MC is put under influence by the moon!. In other words, the Moon kinda sets the lines here and your MC operates along those lines!.
Whereas if you have 2 planets in a different signs conjunct each other <<< then look up to Janet's answer!.

MC in Leo inclines to drama including performing, art , acting!.!.!.!.!.with the moon sets the path for it, performing makes you emotional satisfied , this is where you consider your emotional source and satisfaction is from!. As Ryan mentioned, conjuncts between planets and points are different than conjuncts (or any aspects for that matter) between two planets!. Two planets kind of feed off of each other!. They can take turns taking the lead!. With Moon conjunct MC, the moon is feeding the MC but not vice versa!. Given your chosen profession, the Moon aspect is a very beneficial!. I think it is still strong!. The dividing lines are manmade, and as far as I know the stars have no idea that we've divided them by 12 signs or 12 houses!. Aspects are still strong by orb, especially in this case!. With the Moon in Cancer, and the Leo Midheaven, this is like a complex recipe, where you have many flavors involved instead of a few distinct ones!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
It is easier to see and understand the conjunction if both are in the same sign; but it doesn't dull the power of the conjunction itself!. With two signs involved, it is more complex and not readily apparent!.
