VIRGOS: How do you act around the person you like? ?!

If I actually take interest in someone whenever I try to talk to them it seems like I always say the wrong thing at the wrong time most likely because Im incredibly nervous, which is why I tend to ignore the him I like even though I know it will result in me probably never getting to know them because I think I come off as in I dont like them!. Im shy so its just better if they start the conversation with me!. The conversation would go so much smoother if it was something I could relate to also!.
