Question: Is this considered a stellium!?
My sun, uranus, mercury and neptune are all in capricorn!. Is that a stellium!?
Or!.!.!.since I'm a capricorn, does that mean I need 3 separate planets outside of my Sun to be in capricorn as well!?
I also have Pluto, Mars and the Decantes of my ascendent in Scorpio!?
Does my decantes of my ascendant place me with a stellium in Scorpio as well!?

Yes, You have a Capricorn stellium!. Any grouping of three or more planets in a specific sign or house is a stellium!.
However, I wouldn't consider the Scorpio a stellium!.!.!.!.Since it is not actually a planet but just a decante!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
