Well, I'm a Sagittarius, and I do get a lot of hip and thigh aches!. When I get cramps, they primarily affect my thighs, and I've hobbled around because of hip soreness before!.
also, when I'm tickled, I feel it in my thighs (no matter where I'm being touched)!. Weird, I know!.
In terms of sex, the hips and thighs don't do anything spectacular for me!. Of course, I enjoy my partners rubbing me sensually just about anywhere, but I don't get any particular thrill out of that area!. I enjoy it as much as most places!. The hip grabbing is great for when I'm being taken from behind, but I'm not sure that's gonna apply to you and your guy, haha!.
