Question: Would a Taurus do something like this!?
I've been seeing my Taurus bf for about a year and a half now, he's starting to show his jealous and possessive traits as I was warned!. When I threatened to break up, he showed up with a ring that he said he wasn't ready to give me (still had the price tag on it)!. This was like 2 months ago, still no ring!. I start discussing commitment a week ago and he starts bringin up old petty stuff!. He's getting on my nerves with the communication style he uses, I know if I want to be with him I have to accept him as he is but, I honestly believe he is afraid of commitment and instead of saying just that, he brings up the past so I can feel like it's my fault he's acting this way towards me!. But what really baffles me is that he went out and bought an engagement ring, and is now hesitant of proposal because of his commitment fear!. He is driving me nuts!. Does this behavior fit the basics of a Taurus man's relationship traits!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yes, it does, when they are keeping u hanging on a limb!. I was
married to one!. (and he did the exact same thing, as far as always
bringing up the past, etc!.)
What you need to do is Out right say to him, if he intends to stay
with you, then it is time to show it, otherwise, maybe it is best if
we start seeing each other on a casual relationship basis!.
What I am saying is, call his bluff, or just make him move on
something he just might drag out forever w/o commitment!.
This might be what he needs to get him to decide!. But, you
have to mean it!. and follow through if it does not seem to work!.
(though it will, as sometimes they just need a sort of shock to
their system to get them moving!)
Otherwise, u might just be waiting close to forever, as it sounds
like he is very sure of you right now, and knows how to kinda
manipulate u right where he wants to!. They do know how to
do that, along with their stubbornness and bullheaded ways!

Yes these are somewhat typical traits!. I'm a Taurus woman so i'll give my insight!.!.!. Taurus have a tendency to not be able to speak up while something is going on, they think they just have to "put up" with certain things other signs would bring up at that moment!. They end up with a long list of things they feel they've dealt with and expect that the other will deal with some things they dont want to in exchange!. Taurus typically believes relationships are about giving your all, and getting the others all back in return!. If you don't want a relationship like that, get out now! Taurus does have a very sweet and loving side as you know, that could make the stubbornness worth your while!. If you can logically point by point explain the old things he brings up, he'll have no ammo and he'll be left with his commitment issues as obvious!.
