Question: Why is it bad for a Leo to feel like "The Centre Of Attention"!?
I'm Leo-Sun, Aquarius-Moon, Virgo-Rising!.
I don't see enough Leo questions on here!. Only compatibility ones including Leo!.
Why do people think being the centre of attention is the main trait of a Leo!?
Does it matter if we just feel like the centre of attention because we don't like to feel alone in a crowd, and i can't do the whole superficial mingling thing, like "Good weather isn't it!?", so i be dramatic and tell stories to feel connected, instead of standing by a wall alone, not having fun!?
It would be nice to be recognized for something else!. but do you find Leos dramatics annoying!?

I'm a Leo Sun and Mercury as well!. I have a Libra Moon and Scorpio Rising!.
The times I feel this way, is because of what you said, why not have fun opposed to leaning against a cold lonely wall!? I also love making people smile or laugh, laughter can cure pretty much anything in my opinion! I just feel really good if I can be the cause of someone else's happiness!. I have Moon in 11th house!. Libra alone is already social and friendly but the 11th house which rules friendships makes me more comfortable in social groups!. I admit if I'm ignored I get pretty upset, not in a violent and angry way but I tend to feel sad and I just shut down!. I think this is because of my Pisces Saturn in the 4th house and Scorpio Rising!. We want attention because it is simply our nature to want to be noticed and respected!. I've known all kinds of Leo's!. I knew a Leo Sun and Mercury with a Cancer Moon, he was quite gentle!. I think other placements can either strengthen a Leo Sun or mask over it and be more prominent in ones chart!. I don't think it's a bad thing to want attention, nobody wants to feel ignored and left out!. It's just the way you try to achieve it!. Because it IS one of the main traits!. I don't think it is a bad thing to enjoy being the center of attention!. It's not what you do It's how you do it!. My best friend is a leo and "Annoying" is not a word that I would use to describe her!. Oh and there are good and bad to all the zodiacs and always exceptions!. While I do think that Leos enjoy being the center of attention, or at least getting attention from other people, I recognize that that is not their main trait of their sign!. I find Leos to be very charming, especially when they are trying to talk and get to know other people, and in that sense, also very good at building relationships and personal connections with other people!. Like you say- it's better to feel connected and tell stories than do the whole superficial thing, and I truly see that warmth and friendliness with most Leos!. I also admire how family-oriented or loving many seem to be!. They may be the Kings (or Queens) of the Jungle, but they always know how to become the soft, tame kitty around those they love!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I think it's just the symbol - the Lion - associated with the sign Leo!. you know how lions are the king of the jungle, and with it comes arrogance and superiority!. you're right to wonder though 'cause a lot of Leos i've met are really humble and generous!. Leos love to be praised, but who doesn't!? it's just that Leos take compliments easily!. We have this feeling that we are better than people at doing stuff,and it's actually pretty accurate about us!. We feel and KNOW we can do stuff better than some people and we are not really afraid to show it, so we get attention for it,and like the lion,we like that attention and we would like to get it by doing some other things!.

I'm best friends with a Leo Sun, Taurus Moon, Sagittarius Rising!. She's very arrogant but that's NOT because of her Sun but because of many fixed signs in her chart and people don't deny it, many many fixed signs I noticed are quite arrogant!.

i dont know much about astrology but i am a leo!.!.!. and ive seen a LOT of negative effects from being the center of attention!. I have never been popular but growing up i always had friends!.!. and i was witty and could make conversation and some friends thought i was funny!.!. and there was times where i was in a crowded room of friends and i would just focus all this attention to me and start conversations and!.!. then as i got older i realized what an obnoxious kid i was!.!. in front of guys i was always shy but when i was around my friends i was just a loose cannon!.!. and i ended up loosing all my friends!. as a Leo i try to never attract that kind of attention!.!. i want attention yes, but now i know Everything in moderation! ~_~ so yes being center of attention really gets you know where and you end up having jealous bitter friends /people who are close to you!.
