Question: Where can I get Ascendant (rising sign) charts for 13° 00 N, 122° 00 E!. !? (out of U!.S)!?
Ascendant charts vary depending on what latitude you were born!. I was born in the 40 degrees N latitude range!. So my rising sign was Taurus due to the fact that I was born at 9:14pm 40 degrees N latitude!.
Anyway, Does anyone know where I can find a Ascendant chart for these coordinates!?

Was the person whose chart you're doing born in the wilderness!?!?!?
If they're born really in or near a city, you can just go to www!.astro!.com and make a chart!. They have quite a few places that may be at least close enough to those coordinates so that it would still be accurate!. If the person was born completely away from civilisation then I don't know where you could find a chart online for the exact coordinates!.
