Question: Do Virgo's have a tendency or predisposition to blame other people, or situations(etc!.) for their problems!?

Well, it's difficult to say solely based on a person's sun sign, but I have also seen many virgos do this compared to other signs!.
I personally think this is because in general virgos are perfectionists!. When something screws up, it is hard for them to accept that it might be a flaw in themselves because it means that they are not at all perfect, but it is very easy for them to accept it as a flaw in another person because they expect everyone else not to be perfect anyway!.
I also feel that they are prone to guilt because often they feel like they have not done enough for other people, themselves or a situation - they like to have a hand in all situations and take care of things themselves!. When they become guilty and develop low self-confidence as a result of their problems, feeling that they did not do enough to stop them, they can react in a way that puts the blame on others because it is hard for them to shoulder so much responsibility!. They want to pass the blame on to other people to make it easier on themselves, and deny any guilt they have over the situation!.

I think most of them internalize their problems and worry much too much!. I've known a couple of Virgo women, one 35, and one in her 50s, that just loved to carry on about their husbands to no end!. You would have thought these men were sent directly from hell!. I felt like saying, "Get a divorce already!." I agree that it's the maturity level of the person and not their sign that makes them whiners and blamers, though!. I'm a Pisces and found it easy when I was younger to throw off the blame on others!. I've learned most of my problems are my fault!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
It really depends on the situation!. If I'm in a group of people working on a project and someone is even the slightest bit incompetent, then I will blame failure on them!. I don't like to be the one to blame!.

YESSS!!!!! My fiance is a virgo and blames me for every problem in our relationship!. Im really getting tired of it, we actually broke up and during that time I dated someone else but ended up dumping that guy to return to the virgo, well the virgo trys to make me feel guilty about what I did even after we were broken up!!! The reason I left him and dated someone else was because the virgo is an alcoholic and got physically abusive with me!!! also I left because I found what looked like evidence that he cheated on me! Well He swears he never cheated a apologized for what he done but still goes on about how I did all bad things when all I did was date someone after we broke up!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
I'm not sure of other, but I am a VIRGO and I do that from time to time as well!. Just don't want to admit that I'm wrong I suppose!. And when I have to, I have a tough time coping with it, so I just try to put fault on someone else!. Doesn't make it right!. Being a Virgo, I blame others all the time!. It is totally unintentional but it happens!. Every situation I find myself in that goes wrong, I say "it's not my fault," or "I didn't do it!." Www@Enter-QA@Com
