I'm a Leo, and i've had a long running problem with panic attacks!.
I also remember reading a Leo description that said that Leo is prone to anxiety, because of our very hidden, by ego, emotionally unstable, insecureness!. If our pride and ego is damaged continuously, we start to break down, unless our moon and rising are more sensible signs!.

Least likely!. I would this would happen to more Mutable quality signs (Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, Pisces) simply because they are the most emotionally stable!. Leo is more prone to accidents with the heart, back and spine, considering Leos also rule those body areas!. Look at Martin Sheen!. He is a Leo and suffered a pretty bad heart attack on the making on the film, 'Apocalypse Now'!.
Another Leo actor was Charles Hallahan, best known for playing Norris in John Carpenters The Thing and his memorable transformation!. Strangely enough, Hallahan's character had a heart attack in the movie and Hallahan also had a heart attack in 1997 and died from it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Form the Leo's that I know!.!.!.yes!. I have alot of Leo's on my father's side of the family!. A couple of them have to carry Xanax with them, in case something bad happen in their day, reallly bad, so they can calm themselves down!.

Now that you brought this to attention and I thought about I'd say yes! My first thought was no because Leos seem so strong but then I realized my brother who is a leo has been to the doctor many times for what he thought was heart problems but it was just anxiety and panic attacks!. also my uncle who was a leo just died 2 yrs ago of a heart attack and he was only 40yrs old!.
