So many, unfortunately!.
One unexpected one is if Jupiter is in the 5th House!.
If the ruler of the 5th house is debilitated and/or conjunct malefics (or lords of rough houses) and/or aspected by the same!.
And/or if malefics/bad lords occupy or aspect the 5th house!.
and/or if there is a debilitated planet in the 5th!.
additionally there are probably 100 "yogas" in vedic astrology trying to address this question!. also there is a special harmonic chart which deals specifically with children (off the top of my head I believe it's the 7th Harmonic)Www@Enter-QA@Com

Saturn in hard aspect to 5th house can cause sexual issues, along with problems with children in general, not specifically infertility or miscarriage!.
Cupido (asteroid, 763 Cupido) is associated with fertility, children, childbirth, feminine disorders and is considered the "higher octave" of Venus!. This asteroid, when in aspects to certain planets in a woman's chart can describe difficulties having children!.
