Question: Why are Capricorns so driven to prove they are tough!?
My older sister is so obstanate and conservative that she is almost mindless about it!. Everything is black and white to her!. She wants to become a cop, and it worries me!. I read that Capricorn is feminine, so I don't get it!? She has always bossed everyone around, and seems to be driven to prove her manhood lol by constantly confronting everyone as an enemy!.
I've known alot of Capricorns and I'm wondering if this is just their thing!. I could go on with other ones I've seen, like there is the bossy webmaster of a fansite!. She was on a team with us, and before long we noticed that she had made the decision to take over and become the webmaster!. Turns out, she wanted to meet the actor we made the site for, and once he contacted us and told us he liked it, she shoved the rest of us aside and told us he wanted to meet only her!. Turns out, he didn't say that at all!.
I admire the Capricorn ambition, but I wonder if they are really tough, or just need to act tough!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

But, for me personally!.!.!.it's just fear!. Fear of rejection, fear of looking bad is a big one!. Fear that, if I give someone love they won't give it back!. Fear that if I give someone love, and they DO give me love back, I don't like their love as much as I thought I would, and then I'm inadvertently in a relationship I don't actually enjoy!.!.!.and I'm scared to hurt someones feelings!.!.!.
Sometimes keeping status quo is easier!. And the truth is, 'being tough' is the easy way out!. I was like that for a long time!.
I have a friend who helped me see things differently, he is a Scorpio, and it took a while to realize it, but we've been like two swords, just sharpening one another in the 2 years that we've associated with eachother!.!.!. I used to think, "If you're right, you are right!? Right!? Right!." That simple!.
But, thankfully, things happened that made me realize, being correct and being honest are not always the same thing!. There's more comfort in submission, not completely losing yourself, but!.!.!.every once in while, making a genuine effort to ignore yourself, is very healthy!. Very!.!. Once you do that, you've got nothing left to lose, and beautiful relationships and friendships to gain!. :o)

It's not that Capricorns think they have to be tough, it's just that they don't want to appear vulnerable and weak!. They want to take the leader role in almost any situation!. They are kind of the leader, the person who gives directions!. This may make them appear stern but they are just being serious, not tough!. well we have our moments of intensity!. maybe she gets bored, or needs a outlet for her nerves!. as a gemini myself, and my dad too, we have a bunde of nervous energy that is most effectively released by yelling at my mom, but i am trying other optioins out now!.

Well, it's not that Capricorns need to be tough!. I mean, come on, they aren't Aries (they don't need to be tough, they ARE TOUGH!)!. But Caps need to (let me say this again strongly) NEED TO be in charge! They are born leaders as Cardinal Signs (Aries, Cancer, and Libra are the other Cardinal zodiacal pant wearers)!. also, they are Earth Signs!. They will be practical and play by the status quo to get their way (hence her conservative and obstinate nature)!. They will play by the rules, yet screw someone over (in a time-loved manner) to get their way!. It's not surprising she wants to be a cop!. Cop screams authority, and I'm sure, as a Cappy, that's what she wants!
