Question: Is there a certain trait that is given to a person by each degree of any of his signs!?
I read Jung's answer that says that Mars in Scorpio in 24!.5 degrees or some other number will give someone traits of bravery and courage!.
So I have been wondering, what would each degree represent for each sign,houses and planets!?

Answers:
Some degrees have special meanings!. For example - 3 degrees Taurus is the highest exaltation for the moon!.!.!. etc!. Other degrees have meaning because of their connection with fixed stars outside the zodiac constellations!.
Beyond that you should take the lunar zodiac into consideration: every 13!.3 degrees is a new lunar zodiac!. If you go to my site, to the links page and follow the links to "lunar mansions" and "nakshatras" you can learn about them!. I plan to write my own article on them soon!.
Beyond that you should take the harmonics into account!. Every 3!.3 degrees is a different "harmonic 9th" within a sign!. You can learn more about this by reading about the "Navamsha" on my site and elsewhere!. There are other harmonics larger and smaller than the Navamsha - but that is the most important one!.
Then!.!.!. whew!.!.!. there are the "avasthas" which are the "states" of the degrees!. For example if a planet is in the first 6 degrees of an odd sign (Aries, Gemini, Leo, etc) then it has the state or mood of a newborn!.!.!. etc!. You could search around for info avasthas!. each 30 degrees segment is divided into three decanates first 10 degrees agrees with the sun sign and previous one the next 10 degrees with the sun sign following the sign and third decanate is the sun sign following the third sign in the same series eg
