November 11 guys??? how is their persona?!

My older brother 24 years old is A scorpio and his birthday is On november 11th!. He's a very maintenance person with goals in mind, and he likes women that are physically attractive but can connect with emotionally, and someone he can see himself with coming home to meet are mom, and chill with on a regular-basis, and a woman who has a goal in life, and has a right mind and is MATURE and on His level!.
