Well, for me, it's mainly in my head (veins throbbing & all !),
my chest (either feeling like my heart's beating more than a mile
a minute, or just feeling like it's actually skipping frantically -- very
scary, by the way !), or like my lungs feel constricted -- I can't breathe
& I actually start to even wheeze when I am trying to catch my breath!.
It almost always mainly looks like I'm having a severe panic attack!.
It's all scary as hell ! Not to mention that I also tend to get very dizzy!.
But, all that's mainly when I'm feeling a combo of feeling depressed, anxious, & just plain overworked (in the sense that I tend to stress
so much when something bad happens, especially to someone who's very close to me, that I in turn end up in a bad health situation myself !!!) Www@Enter-QA@Com

I mostly get headaches when I'm under a LOT of stress but it takes quite a bit for me to get to the point of phyiscal discomfort!. I'm pretty good at bottling up emotions so if anything I'll be agitated around the source of irritation but it usually doesn't result in physical stress!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I just feel completely drained and I feel like dying, i'll get pain in my colon/lower abdm!. but thats usualy from smoking too much because that's what I do when I''m upset!.

I'm a Scorpio and I feel it in my eyes and stomach!.
Eyes - They hold a lot of energy when angry and usually end up crying from the pain and anger!.
Stomach - when i'm well nervous or stunned or shocked my stomach feels like car engine brrrrrr!

When I feel stressed and emotional, I get really nervous and I feel like I'm going to throw up!. I often get headaches as well if I am in that situation!.

Rarely, very rarely I may get a head ache!.
