Well, I'm not clear on your question, but when a female's Moon comes around to where it was at her birth!? She's highly fertile and can get preggers easier!. :-)Www@Enter-QA@Com
When the moon travels through your sun sign you tend to get a boost!. But the opposite happens when the moon is in the sign opposite too!. I think your decisions are more stable when it's in the same sign as when you were born too!. :)
