Question: How to find out my Ruling Planets!?
From this site I found out that my ruling planets are Venus and Saturn!.

The ruler of the ascendant, your rising sign, and the planet that occupies a strong place such as in the M!.C!. are considered rulers of the chart!.
As for your case, if Saturn is rising in Libra or conjunct the Ascendant, it is stronger than Venus in that case but only because Saturn is exalted in Libra!.
That planet is very strongly placed and very comfortable in Libra!. If it is rising, all the more so!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

This site only deals with your birthday, so it can't get as specific as full astrology can!. Venus is the ruler of your Libra Sun, but it may or may not be your planetary ruler!. This site may be using Saturn as a decanate ruler of some sort, but it doesn't fit with any pattern I know of offhand!.
